Senior Vice President of Reimbursement
Trilogy Health Services headquartered in Louisville, KY with over 100 health campus locations throughout the Midwest is looking to appoint a talented and experienced Senior Vice President of Reimbursement to lead the organization's area of government and non-government financial reimbursement related matters. Primary responsibilities include developing and leading a staff to manage the workflow related to annual cost reporting, audits, reserves, etc.





Specifically, the key responsibilities for the SVP of Reimbursement include the following:



+ With a team of Reimbursement Accountants, lead the organizational process of preparing and timing filing of Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, while maintaining a culture of integrity and accuracy in our reporting.


+ Lead the analysis of cost reports and preparation processes to determine opportunities to increase reimbursement or improve cash flow.


+ Provide key support to the Accounting leadership for cost report account reconciliations and reserve needs.


+ Coordinate budgets for all Trilogy business lines.


+ Analyze and advise management on the potential affects to reimbursement from changes in Medicare and Medicaid programs.


+ Coordinate with external firms on work related to Medicaid and Medicare audits, as well as strategy efforts.


+ Recruit, screen, select, hire, train, coach, counsel and develop a team of qualified and highly motivated individuals.


+ Conserve resources by adhering to financial stewardship using prudent judgment related to expense(s) incurred by the Company.


+ Minimal travel including overnight stay as necessary.



Salary and equity compensation commensurate with experience

+ Four (4) year degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent from an accredit college or university. Master's Degree preferred.


+ Ten (10) years financial/accounting experience. Senior living industry or long-term care environment required.


+ Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
